Team Leader – Powder Coat Paint Line
Mission
In addition to the industrial painting tasks, the industrial spray painter will also have to manage the paint department staff and equipment.
• Adjust paint line
• Put on and take off parts from paint line hooks
• Ensure quality of finished products
• Train other painters
• Assign tasks to teammates
• Ensure efficiency of paint department
• Proceed with maintenance of the equipment
• Other related tasks, as needed
Position Summary
Alfa Mega is currently looking for a Team Leader – Powder Coat Paint Line who has more than 5 years of experience working in the industrial painting environment.
Having experience in staff management is an asset.
• 40 hours/week
• Salary between 20$-24$/h
• Daily shift
• Protective equipment provided
Profile
• AEP in industrial painting or related training
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial powder spray paint
• Experience in paint department management (an asset)
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Knowledge in maintenance of industrial paint line (an asset)

Votre mission
Le poste de chef d’équipe – Ligne de peinture en poudre contient 2 volets :
les opérations en peinture industrielle ainsi que la gestion du personnel et de l’équipement de la ligne de peinture.
• Faire les réglages de la ligne de peinture, accrocher et décrocher les pièces
• Assurer la qualité des produits sortant de la ligne de peinture
• Former les peintres débutants
• Assigner les tâches aux collègues du département
• Assurer l’efficacité du département de peinture
• Exécuter et suivre la maintenance routinière de l’équipement
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, au besoin
Description
Alfa Mega est actuellement à la recherche d’un chef d’équipe – Ligne de peinture en poudre pour rejoindre l’équipe de sa ligne de peinture.
Ce poste convient à un peintre-enduiseur industriel qui a 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur manufacturier. Une expérience en gestion de département de la peinture industrielle serait un atout.
• 40 h par semaine
• Salaire entre 20$-24$/h
• Quart de jour
• Équipement de protection fourni

• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en peinture industrielle en poudre
• Expérience de gestion de département manufacturière (un atout)
