Experienced industrial mechanic
Mission
The experienced industrial mechanic duties will be to implement mechanical solutions in order to increase the efficiency and longevity of the current and to be acquired production equipment: punch press, benders, spot welders, paint line and much more.
• Analysis of current equipment for troubleshooting
• Equipment repairs (welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical)
• Recommendations for equipment improvements
• Equipment and tool installations
• Alignments and start-ups
• Order of equipment parts
• Paperwork for documenting processes
• Other related tasks, as needed.
Position Summary
Alfa Mega is currently looking for an Experienced Industrial Mechanic who has more than 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. When troubleshooting, the mechanic should have a good balance of intuition and knowledge, both acquired through the years of experience.
• 40 h/week
• Salary starting at 32$/h
• Temporary with possibility ofpermanence

Votre mission
Le mécanicien industriel expérimenté devra s’impliquer dans les réparations, la maintenance préventive et l’amélioration des machines existantes: presses poinçonneuses, plieuses, soudeuses par point, scies, une ligne de peinture et d’autres équipements manufacturiers.
• Analyse et diagnostic des bris
• Réparation des équipements (soudure, pneumatique, hydraulique, électrique)
• Proposition et élaboration d’améliorations
• Mise en place d’outillage et de nouveaux équipements
• Alignement mécanique et mise en route
• Commande de pièces
• Documentation et recommandations

Alfa Mega est actuellement à la recherche d’un mécanicien industriel expérimenté pour joindre son équipe de maintenance.
Ce poste convient à un mécanicien chevronné avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en usine. De par ses expériences, le mécanicien doit posséder de fortes connaissances et une bonne intuition dans la résolution de problèmes mécaniques.
• Horaire de 40 h/semaine
• Salaire à partir de 32$/h
• Temporaire avec possibilité de permanence
